We ensure that the necessary steps are taken for the security of our customers by securing their personal information. We also would like to inform you that we collect the only information which is necessary and relevant for the dealings between you and us. We keep the data for the time the law requires us to, or until we finalize/complete on-going treatment/service.

Financial information can be kept by Liberty with regards to damage deposits for rented/loaned equipment, payment plans and financing. A client’s email address will be collected when a patient requests information from Liberty. This email address may be used to provide the client with information on the desired product, or other products and services that may be of interest to that client. These automatic emails (catalogs, offers, sales, coupons) can be unsubscribed from at any time by the client. We also can collect information related to marketing and advertising that impacts Liberty as a business for purpose of market analysis, media, public relations. Liberty may share this information with our employees, consultants, analysts, third-parties directly involved with Liberty, as well as third party insurance providers directly associated with the client themselves (direct billing, quotes and pre-authorizations). We collect this information to help manage, continue service and the further development of the business. Collecting this information will provide the client with better customer service with regards to product knowledge, troubleshooting, adjustments, recalls and status updates. Financial transactions/processing payments and to protect Liberty against error, theft, damage to goods/property and fraud. Liberty will only use and/or disclose personal information with the client’s permission (or as required by law). Liberty will keep this information for as long as needed in order to continue providing treatment, future transactions and insurance purposes. We may require this personal information to be updated over time.

To achieve our optimization goals, we make use of google analytics. This service provides us valuable insights on the use of our website. It includes the demographics of our customers, the number of purchases made, and reports on user experience.

It helps uncover the most visited page of our website and the most purchased product.
